New York School Of Burlesque Showcase At Drom

I did my telephone act in the New York School Of Burlesque Showcase at Drom on January 21st. Fellow performers included: Maddy Cake, Rita N. Wink, Rosie Rapture, Ella Blue, Desiree De Sade, Ana Delia, Lady Mabuhay, Madame Brassiere, Lily Hitch, Mystere Astaire, and Anna Shevitz. Veronica Viper, Rose Quartz, and Vita Vendetta gogo danced and kittened. Jo Weldon hosted.

Second Tuesdays At Sid’s Debut

On January 9th, I made my debut at Second Tuesdays At Sid’s which is a singing burlesque show produced and hosted by Shelly Watson at Sid Gold’s Request Room. This is a piano bar. In this show, every guest artist sings, so Chris Johnson was there on live piano. My fellow performers were Le Grand Chaton and Roxy Stardust. Kittening was Kismet Katie. We each performed twice. I debuted my telephone act and then did a singing number, a cabaret cover of Cold Hearted Snake.

After the burlesque part of the show, Joe McGinty kicked off the piano karaoke and I sang a few more songs.

Newlesque: Holiday Show

I was in the December 17th Newlesque show at Arlene’s Grocery. Produced by Claudia Freebird and hosted by Shelly Watson, it featured a lineup of newer performers doing holiday acts. I debuted my Menorah Act.

Fellow performers included Betsy Brulee, Dixie Disaster, Angelica Lavalier, Luna Lee, Mina Minou, Cherrie Sprite, Sunny Dis Position, Ruby Mechant, Mercyy, and others. Our stage kitten was Kizzy Lewdlow.

The City Sirens’ Holiday Soiree

I was in an all singing holiday show at the Laurie Beechman Theater starring the City Sirens: Shelly Watson on vocals, Stephanie Babarek on harp, and Erica Mancini on accordian. As part of the New York City Burlesque Choir, I sang and danced through nine musical numbers. My fellow choir members were Foxy V, Sweet N Lo, and Honey Beavers. Guest musician was Cornelius Loy on theremin.

Temple Of The Virgins

I performed in Broadway Brassy’s Temple Of The Virgins show at La Flaca on November 27th, 2017. I did a redesigned version of my Purple Fantasy act.

This show featured four veteran performers who were the “sacrificers”: Aphrodite Rose, Tiger Bay, Aphrodite Rose, and Lillian Bustle. Two of us, Rara Darling and I, were the virgins. The host was Broadway Brassy. The stage kitten was Trinity Starlight.

Shelly Watson’s Wednesday Nurse Bettie Show

I made my professional debut in Shelly Watson’s weekly Wednesday night burlesque show on September 20th, 2017 at Nurse Bettie, a pinup themed bar in the lower east side of Manhattan.

The show was hosted and produced by Shelly Watson. The other performers were Dottie Dynamo, Poison Ivory, Amber Ray, and Lil Miss Lixx.

I did my Purple Fantasy act.

14th Annual Follies Fromage

My second public burlesque performance was on the Coney Island U.S.A. stage in the 14th Annual Follies Fromage Show on August 24th, 2017. I debuted my Cheese Act.

This show was the culmination of a six week intensive masterclass taught by Jo Weldon, Dirty Martini, Fem Appeal, Tigger!, Gal Friday, Tiger Bay, and Fancy Feast.

The show was hosted by Jo Weldon. Fellow performers from the 2017 master class included: Angelica Lavalier, Chinny Cherry, Dixie Disaster, Cecily Starr, and more. Aphrodite Rose, a 2016 masterclass alumni, guest starred and our stage kitten was Bad News Baby.

After the show, we all had a Teaser Wine Bath which is a Burlesque At The Beach tradition inspired by the burlesque legend Tirsa.

New York School Of Burlesque Student Showcase

I made my on stage burlesque debut in the July 3, 2017 student showcase at the Slipper Room. I did my Purple Fantasy act.

The show was hosted by Jo Boobs. Other performers that night included Angelica Lavalier, Mina Minou, Bridget Bare-all, Lady Mabuhay and Stella Delis. Peforming as part of the group Flirts number was Veronica Viper, Bunny Smiles, Dragon Rouge, Kitten Van Kush, Gouda To Go, Anita Baretta, and more.
